The Office of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP wishes to inform beneficiaries who receive monthly stipends that there will be a slight delay in payments for this month’s stipend.

This is due to the delay in receiving the January 2023 monthly allocation.

The PAP prioritizes the prompt payment of stipends and beneficiaries are requested to exercise patience as payments will be effected immediately the January 2023 allocation is received.
